I swear I keep going to sleep every night and I can see myself throwing kicks, jumping, flying through the air, kicking 7 foot tall people in the head while doing a back flip... Then I get out to the bag and I aim at head level and kick it square in the hip.
A lot of it is the soreness that I'm keeping in my hamstrings from training in the gym and that does pull through my hips and restrict my flexibility a great deal but not THAT MUCH!
Either way...slowly getting in shape and at least I'm kicking.
