Trap Bar Deads 8 sets of 8 (30 second break) BRUTAL but keep adding weight keep thinking I won't make it set 3, somehow hold on
Leg Ext--sets of 8 rest 10 seconds do this sequence for 5 minutes
one leg curl--sets of 3 (rest 10 seconds for 5 minutes)
Neck Work
10 minutes of occlusion arms
An extremely productive workout!!

Checkout Julius Maddox, this one of the strongest men I have ever coached and he is just getting started...........smoked this 644 Raw a 25 pound PR and was inch away from nailing 677 (foot slipped) watch out for this one.
