Yesterday this was a 12th dimension balls out workout

--belt squats 5 minutes (do 5 reps rest 15 seconds)

--Yoke 4 trips 50 feet

--45 Degree Dumbbell Lunges

--Sandbag Loads 3 x3

GREAT SESSION

Today was a recovery workout

I did 4 ladder drills at 75% followed by one set of an upper body exercise at 8-12 reps at an RPE 7 (alternated back and forth 45 minutes felt good)

 

Really feel healthy and in great shape!
