Been behind posting but been having some damn good workouts!

Here is todays, high step ups (I need to measure)

10 sets of 6 reps (I felt a deep feeling in glutes I've never felt in a good way)

Hip Abduction Machine 5 sets of 6 20 sec  break

Hip Adduction Machine 5 sets of 6 20 sec break

Leg Curls 5 sets of 3

Forearms/Neck
