Anyways here are the last two days--been having awesome workouts and clients have been big things, about to fly out so will make this brief
Weds
Squats 10 sets 4 reps (kept rests at two minutes, was allotted up to 3) Did an arm exercise after each set, abdominal & neck work
Thurs
Hit the bag for 20 minutes, 10 minutes occlusion arms
I am going t increase training frequency when returning from Arnold, there will be deloading with Jailhouse BW workouts in Hotel Room
