Box Squats-4 singles
Deficit Deadlifts (3 inch) top set x 3, speed sets 4 sets of 3 (Felt very strong and explosive but groove not great yet)
Shrugs 3 sets 12
Tbar Rows 4 sets 6 reps heavy superset with bill pearl around the world flys 3 sets 15
Yoke 10 yards there 10 yards back (4 trips)--hadn't done this in years and felt really good--that limit strength base!
very happy with this--tomorrow is a fluff arm workout
