Sled Drag Same Weight as the 20 seconds on 40 seconds off but this workout increased to 25 secs on and 35 off--felt great!

BW Juarez Valley 40 reverse lunges this comes out to 850+ lunges, between each set worked flexion and extension of elbow--took 30 minutes

Really digging the sled program!
