Little benching with the squat bar and yoke straps(used like weight releasers) Different feel then chains as the weight reloads. Worked up to 285x5 with 20lbs per side with a couple of softees. Did some rep sets at 235x3 sets

Dumbell sorta rollin tricep 60lbx8x5 sets

Tricep pushdowns(v grip) supersetted with hammer curls 5x10 per

Did something else but brain is not bringing that  up

Hadnt trained on a Monday night in quite awhile. So it was fun ragging everyone and grating their nerves. Plus we got the BB show this weekend so wanted to get some training in and not miss too much.
