Today wanted to check on strength--its spot on I feel ready

Squats--5 sets of 3, after each one sprint up a 20 yard hill (my drive way)

(circuit 10 minutes, pull ups, dips, lower body static stretch)

MY LEGS ARE SO SORE today its insane

 

Today, 20 minute walk, static stretching

Here is a bad ass 30 Min Chest Annihilation --no time no excuse
