I’m writing today’s Old Man Conjugate to remind myself of some of the things I need to spend more time doing. Single leg work. So, I present you with Old Man Conjugate: Top 5 Single Leg Exercises.
Let’s begin with stating that no one ever got weaker by adding single leg work to an already solid program. It’s like icing on the cake. It’s required.
What?
You don’t think icing is required?
That’s just crazy talk. But I digress.
Personally, I’ve been neglecting single leg work since the hernia surgery and I don’t know why.
Maybe because it is HARD when done right. Hopefully this article makes me get after it.
I’m not giving you a long write up on how to do them, just watch the video. I will say that you must control your body as much as possible on all of the choices. Give them the same respect as you would a primary lift and watch yourself get stronger.
And, these are in absolutely no particular order.
