Old guy work
9/10 Prowler 3 laps light 9/9 Activations with ab work Reverse Hypers 4x12 pre, 1x30 something post RDLs warmed up to 315 and did 10x2 on the minute. Staying on the breath was not as easy here. 8/31- Upper Accessory
My severe elbow and shoulder joint pain were acting up again, so I opted to do high rep DBs to increase bloodflow which seems to help.
