3/21- Raw Bench
I couldn’t believe how heavy 225 felt, even off of a 3 board, but Tyler reminded me that I wouldn’t have been able to bench it at all a few weeks ago. Baby steps. Baby steps.
This lift is needed to stay in the meet!
WTF! I just pulled a sample entry form and calculated how many first places finishes there could be if you look at all the divisions and weight classes. In a meet with a 70 lifter cut off, there could be over 66,000 first place finishers.
