SSB Box Squat: 245x5/295x5/5x2@335 FBB Press: 95x5/115x5/135x5/115x5/135x5/155x5 T-Bar: 5x10 Weighted Vest Circuit Dips: 5x10 Pull-ups: 5x3 DB Squat: 5x10 Great workout.  I feel like $100.  The off days were well used.
