Friday and Saturday I did 20 minutes on the bike.  My body or mind just wasn't having a bodyweight circuit. I was right.  My back was TIGHT when I squatted.  I took some extra time (which I should do every day) and did hurdles and some static stretching.  Once I got moving I felt great. SSB Box Squat: 225x5/265x5/3x5@295 FBB Press FSL: 5x8@100 T-Bar Row: 5x10 Took me about 25 minutes.
