Back to Training after putting the body through hell - Daily Doubles all...
After a tough couple weeks of prepping for a photo shoot, being sick, traveling with long hours and little sleep I jump right back into training. And of course why not take it to far and start out with daily doubles all week to help kick the cold out of my system... or something like that.

Thursday Training
Great one today. Don't know why, but it felt great. We had the front door and garage door open so the breeze and sun were coming in. That probably helped. Deadlift 135x5, 225x5, 275x5,315x5,365x5,405x3 FBB Bench 135x5, 185x5, 225x5,275x5,315x1 Pull-ups 11x5 Direct and to the point. Off until Monday after spring break.
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday Training
