FBB Press Warm-ups 3x5 Pull-aparts 2x25 Split Squats 2x15   FBB Work 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 5x8@95 Fat Man Rows 4x15 Hammer Rows 2x20 GHR 15 reps   Curls 100 reps The ole latissimus dorsi was still cramping, so I opted out of pull-ups.  Otherwise, everything felt good.
