High volume leg training session followed by a sushi binge. I discuss why I switched training style on leg day...and why I plan to continue with the new training style.
Mashed Up Meathead - Superset Arm Day
I did plan on training arms yesterday, and I actually came in and did a couple movements, but it wasn't happening. Elbows hurt, joints hurt, so shut it down and left for the night. Decided to come back Thursday, and do the training session instead.
Off-season: Bench (floor press) and Back (rack pulls)
Little variation for bench work with some fat bar floor presses. Heavy-ass rack pulls for triples on back day.
