Worked on the Spud version of occlusion training. Leg press 50 reps then wrap for BFR sets for 3x30reps. Moved up each set for 3 rounds total. 30 seconds rest Hack squat and leg extension wrapped for BFR sets 30 reps eachx 3 rounds with 30 sec rest. Leg were super swole and it has […]
Off-season: Squats/Sumo Deads
Squat volume is building. Sumo deads for some form work. Don't train after 4pm and use the back powerlifting room more often.

The Value of Repetition Work and Intern Interviews
Lots of people like to bash bodybuilders as not being strong, but I know some really strong ones. Bodybuilders do tons of rep work with tons of weight. If you calculated the tonnage of their training it would look like a Sheiko program.
