A few days of training around my birthday. All coming together with some bench work. Hit a good solid single. Again proving that when all is right, I'm good. If i'm off an inch, I'm screwed. And a pushup variation for you to tri (get it... tri... triceps...)

Busy week hosting a meet at EPC once again. Had a couple virtual clients fly in to compete who both performed well, one of them setting a new all-time raw record. I ended up hitting some good lifts across all my training over the course of the week as well with a chain reloaded 950lbs squat and chain
