Bench with (two) bands, DB's, lats and shoulders
Finished with a good double banded speed bench day. Hit higher reps on dumbbells, another muscle round of pullups (you should try) and a good shoulder finisher.
How Does RPE Work?
As coaches we need to watch and coach. Sometimes this means suggesting more weight, sometimes less and sometimes it is a technique cue. Our concern was that since beginners make so many gains strength wise in the first few weeks/months that it would not be accurate from week to week, but it is.

Heavy shirt work with feet out instead of tucked. Changing foot position doesn't seem like a big deal, but it changes a lot. Videos show that things actually went well.

Lower Saturday
Spent the rest of the day setting up for a store remodel moving cabinets and product to do the floor. Came back later to talk with the floor crew. Stepped out of the truck and to the left and thought my adductor and hamstring lockup to the point that I thought it was going to tear.
