Well, the bodybuilding show wasn't much of a success, but I couldn't be more excited to pick up where we left off with Project Big Ben. I'm sure you all know that with Justin Harris in my corner, I can't go wrong... so let's get this gain train rolling back to 240 lean pounds of nasty, freakish strength.

- We're kicking off PBB Part 2 with the post-show rebound. That means 36 hours of eating whatever the fuck I want, followed by five straight high-carb days of nearly 1000 grams of carbs, minimal fats, and a cheat meal at the end of every day.
- After that first week of rebounding, the cravings for food after a lengthy diet should be completely gone (let's be real... they were gone after the first 36 hours), my glycogen stores will be fully replenished. By Friday, I'll be in the perfect position to add some serious size.
- The long-term goal is to add a ton of muscle to get to 240 pounds while improving both my strength and aesthetics — in other words, to leave humanity behind.
