This installment of the MONSTER GARAGE GYM/Maroscher Coaching Log features three members of the MGG who are all in competition prep for the APF Senior Nationals. *WPC World Powerlifting Champion, Steve Brock, 2014 APF Senior Nationals Champion and Best Lifter, Mike Strom and WPC World Powerlifting Championship qualifier and competitor, Shaun, Kopplin.

The purpose of this log is to show you footage of EliteFTS blue band box squats off a 15” box using an EliteFTS rackable cambered bar, plus bar weight. As well as training footage showing block pulls. There are many ways to use a box for your squats, and this is a method utilizing both accommodating resistance as well as a non-traditional squat bar. Because of the tension of the blue bands, all three are training out of the EliteFTS monolift and not the squat rack.

15" box with camber bar and bands. Note: (.5 = a 25LB plate).
