I'm pretty sure Jim Wendler wrote this one up a LOooooong time ago.  I used it for about a year with pretty good return for the effort.  While maintaining my concurrent Strength/Rehabilitation program this one was a favorite for simply the title.

Dynamic Pin Press: 8x3x185+Dbl mini bands

Cable Fly: 4x10x60

Chain Flat Fly: 4x25x1 set of chains in each hand

Chain Tricep Extension from the supine using a zig zag bar: 4x25x2 chains

Cable Rope Tricep Push down: 4x25x110

Dips: 100.
