I have written 100 rules that I have and live by. The people in my gym KNOW by heart "Rule 67" which simply states..."NO COMPLAINING". Often breached and called out to which everyone guilty will tell me, "I'm not complaining" which is bullshit! I don't call it out unless it is in progress.
BUT...Don't complain about things you are unwilling to change and I won't have to call it out!

Bike Commute: 28 mins
Run:
Sprint- 5x100 after a nice warm up
