As the disclaimer, I have left elbow issues that inhibit a lot of what I would ideally do.  Furthermore, I am constantly experimenting new methods on myself for the benefits of clients.  My objective to increase limit strength just a little but while getting leaner and leaner, I will have an indefinite goal after I schedule DEXA scan today.

I have a family (wife & two kids) and more than a full time job—so my life is beyond blessed but keep that in mind when you see how I train

Monday

Squats (singles for a warm up) WAS 32 Degrees felt not as snappy even with more warm ups

Frame Carries 5 sets 10 yards (got what I needed but again not snappy felt heavy in the cold, its weird to be bustin’ your balls and not sweating! (this thing has wide handles and feel it lats a lot like a reeves deadlift)

Frame Carry Device Shrugs (4 sets of 6)

Light Tricep activation pushdowns part of elbow therapy

Tbar chest supported rows 5 sets of 6 (5 second  eccentric)

Hyper Good Morning Hybrid

Various Leg Raises, Neck Work

Barbell Complexes (8 minutes total)8 Behind Neck Klokov Push Presses, 8 Good Mornings, 8 Squats, Bent Over Rows 8, Deadlifts 8 (got in 4 rounds with 75 second rest)

Once I was ‘warm’ was on the war path, great workout

 

Tuesday (this started at 11 PM)

Normally would do weds but scheduling and I am not sacrifice dinner with my kids, so gotta do what I gotta do, metroflex at midnight and beyond is a trip, a cast of characters BUT everyone had the war hat on—was beautiful!

Occlusion Training (freakin 20 degrees so this was first to get “warm”)-9 minutes—bicep curls, hammer curls, tricep overhead rop, dips, no rest, beautiful pump)

Lateral Raises incline lying side on bench (eccentric emphasis, 8,7,6,5,5)On these I focus 100% on the muscle not the movement"muscle intention"--try make 50 pounds feel like 500!

t3 raises--4 sets 4 (hold top 5 sec)

Dips (5 sec eccentric) x 5 reps with dumbbell Incline Fly x 15 reps

(really working elbow flexion dips, 5 seconds down explode up, felt scary strong)--when healthy this was one of my all time favorite hypertrophy supersets

Inverted fly x 6 x 3 sets (hold top 4 sec)

Light Straight Arm Pulldowns x 15 x3 sets

Land Mines Weighted-5 sets 8 reps

LOTS OF NECK WORK

Weds (started off dragging butt)

30 minutes of boxing drills (consisting of heavy bag), speed bag, reflex bad lots of ab work--quickest and most powerful I have ever been

I feel like I am seeping with masculine virility 24/7 with training and nutrition in check
