Here was Tuesdays Workout

Machine Seated Bench Press (3 sets 45 seconds max reps)--has a good foot spotter to push beyond failure

Seated One Arm Cable Rows 3 sets 12 reps

Ronnie Coleman Rear Delt Machine--5 sets of 12reps

Pull ups Neutral Grip 4 sets of 3 (focusing on ROM Stretch)

Juarez Valley 20 push ups

occlusion arm training 8 minutes

warmed up with Jump Rope

machine fly--straight arm pulldown superset (3) push ups dispersed when doing computer work...........do a few emails do a set etc feels good, recommended by therapist

Weds this my active recovery day

Walked and carried my son for a majority of 30 minute hike, he is approximately 30 pounds.

Thursday

Nothing exciting moderate intensity BW exercises

 

Headed to the gym now!
