It's the small daily improvements that we undergo that are crucial to the long term results.
Not everyday do you have to break a personal best. Those come every now and again. Yet even knowing this, some become discouraged and quit. Not on me...but themselves!
I give the straight up answer to the questions about..."why?" "how come?" and other inquiries, it is to help move you along in the proper dose of ass kick.
When the answer is not applied, then I have to believe that there is a significant amount of whining going on, or the love of being miserable is in full swing.
Don't put in half effort and expect a full result. It doesn't work like that.
