Was severely hung over Sunday so no cardio.  Monday 45mins stepmill, Wednesday 45 mins stepmill, Friday 20 mins stepmill

9/24 All back bonanza  for the most part

MAG handles on 2 lat machines 8x 8 per

Seated row 8x8

Mag handle standing abs with tricep extension 8x8 per

Made up some shrugs with bands on the bodymaster squat machine. Did mini band pullaparts as I shrugged-6x8. Not a shrug fan as usually I feel like I am in a neck brace and trying to get a settlement check for a few days. But not bad so far.

9/25 Press day I suppose

Swiss bar with 2 plates and chains for 8x3

Took spud inc farmers walk strap handles and hooked them to the cable crossover. Lots of flyes, brah.

Finished with some Daves in the smith machine.(push ups off bar until failure then move the bar up and repeat until arms are numb)

Sorta in depresso mode right now(might be drinking shame from Saturday carrying over) Anyhow, not a motivated person but work must be done.
