I'm getting to where Wednesday's training is the most fun and by far the most demanding of my training sessions every single week. I'm just "ATE UP" the entire time I'm there and I'm just "not right" for the next 24-48 hours afterwards. Bands, chains (need more chains), and weight releasers...so much fun!
