I had a good idea of what I wanted to do before I went to bed the night before but I'm feeling run down and was not 100% sure if I would push or pull back on this day. On the way to the gym I just started getting quiet and by the time I got the bar set up in the gym I knew, it was going to be one of THOSE day! I shut the door so I could turn the music up a little louder and just be "alone".
