I then coached while doing a butt load (actual term here) of GHR and upper body rehab work.

I hate rehab work but my entire body needs it. I've been doing "just the basics" for wayyyyyy tooooo looooong and all my "in between" muscles are weak. So, the focus has to become on whatever my weakest link is!
