After a couple of days of rest post The Powerlifting Experience I needed to get back into the gym and do something.

Squat
495 x 3 x 2 sets
565 x 2

Bench Press
225 x 3 x 2 sets
275 x 2 x 2 sets

While everyone else did big deadlifts, Atlas Stones, and other cool stuff I did tons of therapy work!
