We play real sports in my house. We workout/train to play those sports. I was looking at my bare feet and wondered, "if my thighs were bigger, would that make my feet look smaller?" I based this off the other relative size differences i.e. Stomach (you fat ef'ers ) vs. your ...(you know). Then while squatting today, and looking at the photo my nephew sent me of my son and I playing Lax at Christmas, I knew right of way we are doing it right! Get your legs right. Squat and Dead Lift today. Do a crap ton of GHRs as well.
