My wife did a lot of work that she is not good at. Wednesdays are her toughest days of the week (work wise) so we do snatch from blocks and strict presses then she gets the option on squats, pulls, and deadlifts depending on how she feels. End of the year, rough school day, hot, after school work, THEN Prep for Europeans... It is not easy!
Louiza also squatted for the first time in a month and set some PRs too!
