So I've taken a little time off from the gym to go and do something crazy...like have another son! Since my son was born on a Thursday I did end up taking off Wednesday and Friday from training but I could not miss a Sunday. In fact, I was just about going crazy by the time Sunday rolled around. Every day I was waking up early and heading to the hospital to see my wife, taking my son with me, going back home to gather things, and back to the hospital again to sit with my wife till after midnight again. I think I earned some brownie points!
