Feeling conditioned, strong & healthy!
Sunday (did a light workout) before church and everyone woke up then read my kindle in the pool
-300 Hindu Squats in 14:30
Monday
Deck of Pain Push ups (for each card I flipped over I did that many seconds of push ups, so I focus on stretch & ROM)
This took 26:40, hit bag after (all jokers, kings, queens, aces, jacks etc were 11 sec)..................
Swings Worked up to 225 x 5
Tuesday
Pull ups Wide Grip 16 sets of 3, holding contraction at top, holding stretch at the bottom
Swings worked up to 235 x 5 (scheduling had to these today and will be out of town some next week so getting some extra)
Neck Work
Weds
Dip work,the party continues added 5 more pounds, heck in a couple months I will be doing respectable weight
