I wish I could tell you some type of story about how I hurt my shoulder fending off wild Rams that were attacking my fortress of a house, but the truth is that I spent Saturday at a birthday party, came home and passed out on the couch and when I woke up (on my right arm) I couldn't move it. Same arm that I've punished all year long (bicep tear, teres major, tricep, etc...).

I'll be honest...putting the empty squat bar on my back brought tears down my face after I racked the bar.
