It's been a while since we have done a shit ton of push ups.  What most were doing a hundred reps in a set or two, (max three) we needed to revisit sets four and five.  YIKES!  How quick we lose things.

Today as a coaching point, I focused on all the things being done correctly as opposed to saying the word..."No, or NOT that way"

Instead of telling a person what you DON'T want them to do (because they will do it that way)  Tell them what you WANT them to do, and notice the difference.

Narrow Grip Two Board Press:

Work up to a heavy single.  Leave something in the tank but make it heavy.

Cross body DB Tricep Extension:

2x10x moderate weight as a warm up

3x10x heavier weight as work sets

Push Ups: 100 reps

Band Pullaparts: 2x47
