As a finishing movement today, I made my training partners do a "One Minute Rep" .
Inspired by the great Casey Viator and Mike Mentzer, I used a 30 second concentric followed by a 30 second eccentric contraction. The catch was I picked TWO of the hardest exercises to do this with. A body weight Dip and a body weight Chin.
Imagine dangling from a chin up bar for a full minute, controlling the rate of acceleration through out the "Positive" and the rate of deceleration during the "Negative".
Two minutes of total "HELL".
Now, to put on a exhibition that would get Vincent DiZenzo's attention.
