2a. Pistol box squats w/20 lb ruck 2x
2b. GHR situps 2/20 lb ruck 2x

1 hr walk outside

PM Lifting:
1a. Dynamic/FSL Bench 60% 205w/mini bands 5x5
1b. FSL Pullups 10 lbs 5x5
2. Kb curls 3x

Rehab Work 3 sessions throughout the day:
Foam roll (Defranco Agile 8'ish)
Banded clamshells
Prone scap raises
