
In the last few days of 2023, I begin to program 2024 training. I do it based on the overall needs of most people and what time of the year it is as well.
The basics will remain the basics. Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Overhead Press are the staple exercises that tell me everything I need to know about each individual. They also allow me to customize each person's program based on their weakness.
Therefore, the 7 P's:

Ab Wheel: 5x10
Dynamic Deadlift: 15x1
GHR (again): 5x10
Reverse Hyper: 5x10
