Push ups of Swiss bar 25 each gripx3 rounds

Curls with swiss bar 2x50

Thursday

Leg press 10 x8

Coan/Coleman Dead row x10 reps to 315, 365x5

 

That is all so far. Gonna to some upper with lower on Saturday morning. Had some good massage and energy work Thursday so wanted to let thatsettle in before I commence to trashing it again
