Today our powerlifting squad hit and upper body lift. They did speed bench against bands, single arm rows, rolling tricep ext and bb curls with pauses. We are slowly getting to where we need to be. We test out one week from this sat to see where everyone is at and what needs to be addressed. All three of our coaches are going to be judging and helping that day. Afterwards we are all meeting up and eating catching up.
As far as for myself I am also slowly adding weight and my main four movements. I have some goals I want to hit before my next surgery.
