Conditioning:
60 minute ruck
80 minute stand up paddle
Rehab Work 3 sessions throughout the day :
Foam roll (Defranco Agile 8'ish)
Banded clamshells
Prone scap raises
The paddle was only supposed to be 60 minutes, but the wind and currents were not with me. Anyone who paddles will get this. For the rest of you, it's like walking really hard and not moving. Aslo, if you stop, you'll go backwards.
