THursday 3 laps with prowler with added weight from last week

Friday Seated row 8x8

Bench press withSwiss bar off straps. WOrked up to blue band and light doubled up 5x3

Dropped light band and added some weight for tricep work 5x10

Saturday

Hack squat x5 to bottom for pause on each rep. Worked up a plate at a time on one side so many many sets ending with 6 plates per side.

Reverse Hyper 4x12

Monday

Seated row 10x10

Press worked up to 225x10, then 275x5x5 with 20 seconds rest

Drop set 185xfailure and 135lbxfailure

Machine curls x10, rope triceps x20 x10 rounds

Pull aparts 4x20

Tuesday

Wide stance leg press with pause on pins at bottom 5 reps per setx10 rounds

3 drop setsx20, x30,x50

Reverse hyper 2x20

Just trying to keep up some volume till next week. Will spend a week or two building heavier loads at higher volume then will run a couple of deadlift phases I have been thinking about.

Off to Chicago and Indiana to see relatives and have a wee bit of fun.
