Partner Resisted Lying Lateral raise 5 sec negative with dbell 3 sets of 6

Partial Rear delt swings x max reps in a minute x 2

Partner Resisted 5 sec negative Incline Dbell fly 3 sets of 8

Triceps Pushdown max reps in one minute
