Here is what I did today, conditioning in the sand

After Warming up- 6 1 minute shadowing boxing rounds in the sand

5 Rounds (2 minutes on 1 minute off) 15 yard run forward, 10 yard lateral slide, 15 yard run back, 10 yard lateral slide, repeat this 2 minutes rest for 1, 5 rounds, moving at about 70%, felt great

Will jack around shortly at the park with BW stuff when I take my sons on he monkey bars and what not
