Summer is here.  With it comes new faces, faces from kids that have gone away to school and are now back for the break.

Knowing that my days can be quite busy, I decided to get a jump on the day by going in an hour early and train before the rush.

Dang, 4:30 AM did feel too bad, until just this minute.  I believe a fine Monday afternoon nap is in order.

Not to mention it's the first almost triple digit temperature day, which I absolutely LOVE.

Upright Row: 3x15x44 KB w/ rope attachment

Suspended Knee ups: 4x15

Bosu Sit up: 4x12
