Jammed my back up last week, heavy zercher squats after a impromptu boxing workout, felt like Mike Tyson but backed was tight from the twisting, then the next day went crazy on zerchers with an out of town guest
Anyways back is feeling better but still avoiding spinal loading so today did backwards sled drags 45 sec on 1:15 of for 12 rounds followed by leg curls
Hell of a workout and grateful I was still able to get something done!
