Chain Yoke there and back (30 feet each way) do set then 16 yard slight hill sprint x 5 (video below)

heavy swing x 6, med ball throw 80 pounds, tire throw sprint x 5

Weds

tempo runs, run100 yard in 15 sec walk back, do 100 reps of jump rope, wrist roller repeat 30 sec
