So here is the upper body cluster set workout I did, each cluster set was 5 minutes and rest 15 seconds, reps varied as noted
pec deck x 10
Seated Row x 6
lateral raise marine x 12
Straight arm pulldown x 10
Triceps pushdown x 10
Friday
Earthquake bar squats 5 singles, really liked these!
Swings heavy 5 x 5
One leg extensions x 20 x3 sets
VERY GOOD SESSIONS!
